Diebold's TSX Application and California Law

Diebold's TSx system does not conform to California Law in the following areas:

• violating the secrecy of the ballot,
• not being safe from fraud or manipulation,
• not being suitable for the purpose for which it will be used,
• not being accessible,
• improper escrow,
• and violating the California standard for Accessible Voter Verified Paper Audit Trails.

The "Use Procedures" submitted with the Diebold TSx application (as a required component of the application) are deficient in many ways; Analysis of Use Procedures by Bruce Sims.
